Born in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Along with his legal career, Or Vazana aka DJ Vazi is dj, producer, dancer and party promoter.

During his early teens, he has studied piano and guitar for 6 years. He began djing since the age of 13, and at the age of 16 he held a weekly radio show in a local station.

 

During the last 16 years he held weekly lines and parties and had gigs all over Israel.

He began his musical way by playing classical music, and as a dj played mainstream music (hip hop, hits, dance and house music), as well as 80s & 90s classics.

 

On 2010 he discovered the latin world, when he started dancing Salsa. He organized parties, gave dance classes and played latin jazz, salsa dura, mambo and cha cha cha. 
In recent years, he also expressed his love to the dark beats by playing techno in underground parties.

On 2017 he discovered the world of Brazilian Zouk, and decided to develope the Israeli zouk scene. He arranged weekly zouk parties and currently he is the resident dj in Studio B, Tel Aviv's leading latin club. He hosts every wednesday dance teachers, performers and djs, as well as international artists such as Gilson & Maria, Michael Boy & Aline Borges, and many more.

DJ Vazi also hosts the Israeli Zouk Radio, where he features djs from all over the world and new zouk tunes.

Recently, he started working on his first zouk album, where he's expected to express his love to zouk with a gentle touch of techno and chillout vibes.
